Delivery/Setup Charges are currently $25.00 per hour/per worker.
Delivery/Setup Charges before 8am, after 5 pm and weekends will be based on a time and a half rate per hour/per worker.
Other Notes:
1. We require 72 hours minimum notice (that's 3 work days) to provide services for your events.
2. We do not supply tables and/or chairs to non-sanctioned Texas State events.
3. Quad Deliveries only: For any deliveries to the Quad, our personnel will meet you at the Marquee sign between Flowers Hall and the Liberal Arts building. Then they will follow you to your specified Quad location. QUAD AREA ONLY.
